Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will meet your JovialSafari Professional Guide. After greetings and little information, the Guide will transfer you to the reputable Hotel for Dinner and Relaxation for a long Safari you had.
Relax and enjoy the beautiful Tanzania atmosphere, ready for the next day's Safari to explore the utmost cultural experience. Do not be afraid to ask your Jovial Safari guide questions – he will be very happy to answer them all.
Dinner and Overnight at a Hotel in Budget Arusha either Banana Farm Eco Hostel, Swahili Villa, Safari Villa or Mufasa City Hostel & Apartments

After breakfast, the driver guide will pick you up early in the morning and transfer you to Lake Eyasi via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Experience the unique feature of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which consist of a combination of Ngorongoro Crater, Wild animals (the home of the Big five), and the Maasai tribe with their livestock grazing (cultural experience).
On your route, you may have the chance to explore animals such as Lion, rhinos, buffalo, and elephants. Then check in to your reputable accommodation for Lunch and a short briefing from your Guide. Enjoy your delicious meals and have enough relaxation for the next day's Cultural experience Tour.
Dinner and overnight at Acacia Farm Lodge (Karatu)

Early in the morning after breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and transfer you to Hadzabe and Datoga Village to collaborate with the Hadzabe hunters. Normally the hunting tour is a mixture of different activities such as honey gathering, eating berries, and walking tours.
During the hunting time, there is a greater chance to explore monkeys and other Animals. After meeting the Hadzabe, you will visit their neighbor Datoga tribe for traditional dancing and experience the Ironsmith, with their procedures on how to use it.
Do not quit the Village before knowing the mutual relationship between Hadzabe and Datoga. The driver's Guide will take you back to your accommodation for meals, relaxation, and a short Briefing.
Dinner and overnight at Acacia Farm Lodge (Karatu)

Early in the morning, your driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to Arusha via Mto wa Mbu Village. On the way to Arusha, you will stop at Mto wa Mbu for another cultural experience taste. Your guide will take you to the local beer factory, and rice and banana plantations, to discover the traditional ways and practices in Tanzania Villages. Enjoy your palatable Lunch around Mto wa Mbu Restaurants.
After lunch, your driver will transfer you to Arusha for your departure flight.

Optional: you may extend your trip to Zanzibar Island to experience more about traditions and cultures together with your Zanzibar Beach Holiday safari.

Booking & Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance must be paid in full at least 60 days before the safari start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure online payment gateway.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 91+ days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 61–90 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus bank and transaction charges.
3. Included Services
Accommodation, meals, park fees, scheduled game drives, transfers, and internal flights are included as per itinerary.
Any additional services not explicitly stated in the "Items Included" list will be charged separately.
4. Not Included
International flights, travel insurance, visa fees, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included.
Premium drinks, spa treatments, and optional activities are extra unless specified.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
6. Health & Safety
Guests are advised to consult their doctor for any required vaccinations or medications prior to travel.
Tanzania is a malaria zone; prophylactics are recommended.
7. Child Policy
Children are welcome at &Beyond Grumeti. However, children under 6 may not be allowed on shared game drives.
Child rates and private safari vehicle arrangements are available on request.
